What should I do if a product arrives broken?

We dispatch all international orders in carefully packed in a protective package. However, we suggest you verify the integrity of all packages during receipt of your order and if anything is broken please inform the courier that delivers your order. In the case you receive a broken item contact us via email at info @ dibidabo.com.

I ordered some products by mistake. Can I return them after I have received my order?

We can cancel your order free of charge as long as the order is cancelled before we have shipped it. We do not accept returns of orders that have been successfully delivered.

How will you refund me for a cancelled order?

We will refund the credit card you used for your order.
